Legal framework and scope
This policy follows Colombia's Statutory Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013, now compiled in Decree 1074 of 2015 (the Single Regulatory Decree for the Trade, Industry and Tourism Sector). It applies to the personal data we receive through this website: early-access requests and contact messages.
Processing and purposes
We collect what you type into the early-access form: full name, work email, company, role, company size and sector, the tools where your data lives and, if you choose to share it, your WhatsApp number. We don't ask for sensitive data.
We use that data only to:
- Record and handle your early-access request.
- Contact you by email or, if you gave us your number, on WhatsApp, to answer your request and coordinate your participation in the program.
We won't use your data for other purposes without first asking for a new authorization. We keep it for [RETENTION PERIOD] or until you ask us to delete it, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
How we obtain your authorization
To send the early-access request you must tick the authorization checkbox. It is never pre-ticked: only you can turn it on.
We store your authorization with its date and the version of the text you accepted (version 2026-10-05), so we can prove it when you ask.
You can revoke it at any time by writing to [PRIVACY EMAIL].
Your rights as a data subject
Under article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012, you have the right to:
- Access, update and correct your personal data.
- Ask for proof of the authorization you gave us.
- Be told, on request, how we have used your data.
- File complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for breaches of the law.
- Revoke the authorization and ask us to delete your data, unless a legal or contractual duty requires us to keep it.
- Access your personal data free of charge.
Inquiries and claims
[RESPONSIBLE TEAM] handles your inquiries and claims. Write to [PRIVACY EMAIL] with your name, your email and your request.
Inquiries
If you want to know what data we hold about you, we answer within [DEADLINE] at most. If we can't, we tell you why and give you a new date, no later than [DEADLINE].
Claims
If you want to correct, update or delete your data, or believe we have broken the law, send us a claim with:
- Your identification.
- A description of the facts behind it.
- The address or email where you want the answer.
- Any documents you want to rely on, if you have them.
If the claim is incomplete, we will ask for what is missing within [DEADLINE]. We answer within [DEADLINE] at most; if we need more time, we tell you why and give you a new date, no later than [DEADLINE].
Complaints to the SIC
You can file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce once you have gone through the inquiry or claim process with us.

If hosting is outside Colombia, any transfer or transmission of your data will follow article 26 of Law 1581 of 2012 and the SIC's instructions.
