Security
Your data, under your control
You decide who sees what, what can be asked and how much is spent. And we tell you plainly what we have today and what we don't yet.
Access: everyone sees their own
Your organization decides who gets into Nexumera and what data each person can query.
SSO sign-in
Your team signs in with the work account they already use, with no new passwords to manage.
Per-team permissions
You define which sources and data each team can query. Nexumera answers only with what each person's role allows them to see.
| Team | Can see |
|---|---|
| Sales | Sales and customers |
| Finance | Sales and margins |
| Marketing | Campaigns and web traffic |
Control over the answers
Clear rules on what is asked and what is answered.
Guardrails
Rules that stop out-of-policy questions before they reach your data, and that check what Nexumera answers.
Answers you can check
Every answer shows the reasoning behind it, so your team can verify where each number comes from.
Spend control
AI models cost money; you decide how much.
A budget per workspace
Each workspace has its own monthly budget for AI models.
Usage in plain sight
You see what each model spends as it happens, not at the end of the month.

Security questions
Straight answers. If yours is missing, write to us.
Does Nexumera have security certifications?
Not yet. We are in early access and we don't claim certifications we don't have. If your security team needs to review our controls, let's talk.
Who can see my company's data in Nexumera?
Only the people in your organization you give access to, each according to their team's permissions.
Can I limit what people ask?
Yes. Guardrails stop out-of-policy questions before they reach your data.
Can I limit how much we spend on AI models?
Yes. Each workspace has a monthly budget and you see what each model consumes as it happens.
How do you handle the data from the early-access form?
Under Law 1581 of 2012: with your express authorization and only to handle your request and contact you. The details are in the Personal data processing policy.
Where is the data hosted?
In [HOSTING REGION]. We will publish it on this page before general availability.
Can we run a security review before we start?
Yes. Write to us and we will set up a conversation with your security or IT team.
